What to send

• Corrections. If a calculation gives the wrong answer, please include the exact expression you typed and the result you saw. A screenshot helps but is not required.
• Feature requests. Suggestions for new functions, keyboard shortcuts, or guides are welcome. Tell us what you were trying to do and where the calculator got in the way.
• Accessibility issues. Reports about screen reader behaviour, keyboard navigation, contrast, or anything else that prevents you from using the calculator are treated as priority items.
• Privacy and data requests. For questions about analytics, cookies, advertising, or rights under GDPR or CCPA, see the privacy policy first, then write in if you still need help.
• General feedback. Comments, kind words, and "this saved me" notes are read and appreciated, even when they do not get a reply.

Response time

Most messages get a reply within a few working days. Bug reports about wrong results are looked at first. Generic press, partnership, and link-exchange pitches are usually not answered.

What we cannot do

We cannot solve homework problems, debug spreadsheets, give financial or engineering advice, or sit on a video call to walk through a calculation. The site is a free utility, not a tutoring service. The written how-to-use guide answers most usage questions.
